The Firth Rixson Metals Group includes Firth Rixson Glossop and Ecclesfield, with the Ickles manufacturing service sub-site. Firth Rixson Glossop, produces cast and wrought nickel-, cobalt- and iron-base super alloys. Components made from these super alloys meet the high-temperature requirements for gas turbine engines. Firth Rixson’s Ecclesfield is a one-stop shop for a complete range of forged and rolled products in special steels, nickel, super alloys and titanium. Ickles provide conversion services for raw material producers.
