Monroe Forgings produces small to medium size rings for the aerospace, power generation, commercial and general engineering industries. The unit has expertise in nickel-base alloys, titanium, and alloy steels. High levels of customer performance have established Monroe as a primary source of parts for rotating, major structural ring and complex bearing applications. Monroe uses the latest equipment, supported by a staff with extensive experience, to produce seamless rolled rings from 4 inches (100mm) to 70 inches (1750mm) OD. Rings for the aircraft bearing market have critical grain-flow patterns and can be contoured to meet demanding requirements.
