Ecclesfield is a one-stop shop for the complete range of forged and rolled products, manufacturing round, square, hexagon and profiled, rolled and forged long products in special steels, stainless, nickel superalloys and titanium. Our distribution warehouse has an inventory of more than 500 individual stock lines. Ecclesfield maintains ISO9001 and AS9100 certifications and numerous customer approvals.

Capabilities:

• 1000 Ton open die press - size range 78mm to 480mm
• GFM SX 16 – size range 30mm to 320mm
• Hand Rolling Mills – 10", 12" 14" mil X 42mm to 100mm
• Heat Treatment – Controlled atmosphere, water quench, oil quench and annealing furnaces.
• Plate, Mitre and precision automatic sawing up to 4 metres by 1 metre.
• Surface and centreless automatic grinding up to 5 metres.

Sub-site - Ickles Manufacturing Service

Ickles is a major provider of conversion services for raw material producers. Broad technical capabilities enable Ickles to provide product from ingot to finished components for the diverse and demanding needs of many industries. Ickles also supports diverse customer requirements with its expertise in specially engineered metal products. The facility provides railroad axles, valve bodies, shells, wellhead components and various-step forgings employing its rotary forge capabilities. Additionally, Ickles manufactures a full range of flash-butt-welded rings to near-net-shape configuration, in alloys including steel, nickel-based super alloys and titanium.

• GFM SX 36 - size range 1100mm - 7000mm
• 3000 T Press - size range up to 5300mm
• 1500 T Press - size range up to 4400mm
