Glossop uses VIM and ESR production methods to supply a wide range of Ingots, Billets and Bar stock to Casting and Forging customers. We offer Cast Stick for foundries in a wide range of Alloys for single Crystal, DS and Equiax Castings. We also produce forged Billets for Non-Rotating applications such as Casings, Rings, Bearing, Supports, Medical Implants and General Forgings. The Glossop site supplies a broad spectrum Nickel-, Cobalt- and Iron-based Superalloys.

Our new Closed Die Forging facility in Georgia is the most significant expansion in the company’s history. The site specialises in Nickel and Titanium based Critical Rotating Discs for New Generation Narrow and Wide Body Aircraft Engines, Military and Aero-Derivative Engines as well as Industrial Gas Turbines. The Greenfield development took less than one year, commencing in October 2009.
